Uses:
Lokfix is used for high strength corrosion resistant anchoring of bolts and bars from 12 - 51mm diameter into concrete, rock, masonry or brickwork where high speed of installation and early application of load is required. Permanent installation of reinforcement starter bars, foundation bolts, base plates, balustrading, barriers and safety fences, railway tracks, tie-back anchors, reinforcement dowelling abutments, ground anchors for towers, cranes, dock sills.
Advantages:
Rapid strength gain
Vibration resistant
Corrosion resistant
Non-expansive
Can be placed under water
Standards:
Materials tested in accordance with
BS 4551
BS5080
BS2782
Description:
Lokfix P is used in overhead or horizontal holes where bar/hole relationship conforms to Lokfix polyester resin grout S. The thixotropic nature of Lokfix polyester resin grout P reduces flow of grout out of the hole.
Compressive strength:
After the minimum time required before loading the grout typically attains a compressive strength in excess of 20N/mm 2 and an ultimate compressive strength of 70N/mm 2 in 7 days ( 50mm x 50mm x 50mm) when tested as per BS 6319 Part 2: 1983.
Chemical resistance:
The cured resin is resistant to fresh and salt water, petrol, oils, grease and most acids, alkalis and solvents.
Application instructions:
Selection of grout version: The version of Lokfix chosen will depend on anchor conditions
Parameters of anchor design:
The high strength of the cured resin permits strong anchors to be created. Ultimate strength is determined by:
Strength of host material
Length of resin bond to bar
Hole preparation and formation
Type and dimension of bar
Precautions:
At operating temperatures above 40 0 C, the creep of Lokfix polyester resin grout resin under load may become significant. Resin anchors should not be used where structural load-bearing performance has to be maintained in anchors subjected to fire conditions.
Health and safety instructions:
Confined areas must be well ventilated and no naked flames allowed. Contact with the skin should be avoided as certain sensitive skins may be affected by contact with the polyester resin. In such cases if contact with the resin occurs, the skin should be washed immediately with soap and water - not solvent. Gloves and barrier creams should be used when handling these products. Eye contamination must be immediately washed with plenty of water and medical treatment sought.

Uses
Cebex 100 is an admixture for cementitious grouts where a reduced water/cement ratio and positive expansions are required. Applications include bed grouting, duct grouting, non-shrink infilling and jointing.
Advantages
Gaseous expansion system compensates for plastic shrinkage and settlement in properly designed cementitious grout.
Reduced water/cement ratio mixes in the grout mix ensures low permeability and long-term durability in service.
Gives grout high fluidity with low water/cement ratio, thus making placement or injection of the grout easy.
No metallic iron content to corrode and cause staining or deterioration due to rust expansion in the grout.
Composition allows high early strength development in grouts, without the use of chlorides.
Standards compliance
Cebex 100 is a suitable pressure grouting admixture complying with BS 8110 Part 1-1985, Section 8.9.4.6.
Description
Cebex 100, a plasticised expanding grout admixture is supplied as a powder. The material is a combination of a plasticising agent and a gas producing expansion medium. The plastisicing agent allows the use of a reduced water/cement ratio with consequent increased strengths and durability. The expansive medium counteracts the natural settlement and plastic shrinkage of the grout and aids stability and cohesion.
Application instructions
Mixing For best results a mechanically powered grout mixer must be used. For quantities up to 50kg, a slow speed drill fitted with a high shear paddle is suitable. Large quantities will require a high volume drum mixer. It is essential that machine mixing capacity and labor availability is adequate to enable the grouting operation to be carried out continuously. This may require the use of a holding tank with provision for gentle agitation to maintain fluidity. The selected water content should be accurately measured into the mixer. The cement (and sand if required) shall be slowly added to Cebex 100. Mixing shall be continued for 5 minutes, making sure that a smooth even consistency is obtained.
Application It shall be ensured that areas to be grouted are clean, sound, and then pre-wetted. The unrestrained surface area of the grout must be kept to a minimum. The grout shall be placed within 20 minutes of mixing to gain the full benefit of the expansion process. Usual placing or pumping procedures shall be adopted ensuring a continuous operation.
Precautions
Health and Safety instructions
Cebex 100 is of low hazard.
Contact with the skin and eyes, or inhalation of dust should be avoided. Suitable protective clothing, gloves eye/face protection and dust mask should be worn. In case of contact with skin, it shall be washed with clean water. In case of contact with eyes, it shall be rinsed immediately with plenty of water and medical attention shall be sought immediately.

Description
Conbextra EP75 is a solvent-free epoxy resin grout designed for grouting of gap widths of 10 to 75 mm. It is supplied as a three component system consisting of base, hardener and specially graded aggregate. The components are supplied in the correct mix proportions designed for whole pack mixing on site.
Limitations
Grouts should not be placed in any unrestrained situation, i.e. base plate plinths, etc. Failure to comply may lead to crack development in the grout. Conbextra EP75 is recommended for grouting in a maximum area of the 3sqm at maximum thickness of 75mm.
Due to thermal and Mechanical stress, Sometimes grouts lead to crack.
Precautions
Health and safety Some people are sensitive to epoxy resin so gloves and a barrier cream or similar should be used when handling these products. If contact with the resin occurs, it must be removed before it hardens with a resin removing cream. Follow by washing with soap and water. Do not use solvent. The use of goggles is recommended but should accidental eye contamination occur, wash thoroughly with plenty of clean water and seek medical treatment immediately.

Description:
Conbextra EP10 is a solvent free epoxy resin grout designed for grouting of gap widths of 0.25 to 10mm. It is an all liquid system consisting of base and hardener. The components are supplied in the correct mix proportions designed for whole pack mixing on site.
Mixing:
The entire contents of the hardener can should be poured into the base container and mixed for 2-3 minutes or until uniform color is achieved. Once mixed, the material must be used within the specified pot life (see under Properties). After this time, unused material will have stiffened and should be discarded.
Note: Immediately prior to placement, all surfaces must be dry.
Placing:
Ensure that the grout can be placed within its pot life. Continuous grout flow is essential. Sufficient grout must be available prior to starting and the time taken to pour a batch must be regulated to the time taken to prepare the next one. Pouring should be from one side of the void to eliminate air entrapment The hydrostatic head must be maintained at all Ones so that a continuous grout front is achieved.
Cleaning All tools and equipment should be cleaned immediately after use with Nitoflor Sol.
Precautions:
Health and safety:
Some people are sensitive to epoxy resin so gloves and a barrier cream. Work or similar should be used when handling these products.
Fire:
